For over 30 years, our community has supported charities that benefit children through our TEC Cares Program, which teaches campers the importance of giving back, whether it be by donating their own money, gaining support of others or giving of their time. As camp directors, we believe that we have a unique opportunity to plant the seed in our campers’ minds and give them opportunities to embrace the concept of being charitable. Their passion and desire to help others is truly remarkable as we watch them lead our annual Sports-A-Thon, Turkey Trot, March Madness Contest, popcorn sales, Bar/Bat Mitzvah projects and community car washes, to name a few.
Our family is so proud of all the Trail's End campers, staff and alumni who have joined us in making a difference in the lives of many amazing young people who, just like our own kids, are looking to have a carefree summer where they can make friendships and create memories.

We are proud and humbled to announce that Trail's End was recognized as the Philanthropic Camp of the Year on March 30th, 2023, at the annual SCOPE Benefit in NYC.
For over 30 years, the TEC community has supported SCOPE (Summer Camp Opportunities Promote Education), a nonprofit organization which provides summer camp opportunities to ALL children, regardless of their socio-economic background. Through our TEC Cares program, we have taught our campers the importance of giving back whether it be by donating their own money, gaining support of others or giving of their time. Our family is honored to accept this award on behalf of all the Trail's End campers, staff and alumni who have joined us in making a difference in lives of many amazing young people who, just like our own kids, are looking to have a carefree summer where they can make friendships and create memories.
